Easter egg hunts aren’t just for kids—this year, give your holiday a refreshing, meaningful twist by incorporating a decluttering challenge! Use the hunt as an opportunity to let go of items that don't serve you anymore, especially those hidden away, out of sight. Embrace the spirit of renewal by making space for what truly matters.

Print or create a chart with specific categories and check off as many as you can. We have some good ideas for your checklist:
Find an item that has been in the back of your closet, probably because it no longer fits your taste or lifestyle.
Choose a book you’ve already read and pass it on (it's just sitting there collecting dust).
Select a kitchen object that you have been keeping for "special occasions" and that you have never used (probably that china still inside the box?)
Let go of a sentimental item that no longer brings you joy.
Donate a piece of decor that is no longer on display because it doesn't match your style.
Find and donate extra crafting supplies meant for a project that you know you will never finish.
Get rid of expired beauty products.
Remove an old electronic device or charger that no longer works.
Set a timer and see how many items you can check off within that time frame. Live with others? You can make it a 'team event" and include your partner, kids, roommate, etc.! Remember to reward everyone who makes an effort with an outing to grab some ice cream or order a pizza for a fun movie night, not with more stuff!
